Sovereign Systems Hires Steve Fox as Solutions Consultant for the Service Management Practice

Steve Fox Joins Sovereign Systems after 23 Years at The Coca-Cola Company

November 7, 2016 – Sovereign Systems today announced that Steve Fox has joined Sovereign Systems as a Solutions Consultant for the Service Management Practice. Fox brings his leadership and experienced perspective as the company looks to grow and expand their offerings to their customer-focused solutions.

Fox has been with The Coca-Cola Company for more than 23 years working in the in a variety of IT and business roles.  Over the last several years, he has focused on ITSM by leading his team as the global Business Process Owner (BPO) with the ServiceNow application.

In that position, Steve focused on defining and implementing a global service catalog across all geographies (Latin America, Asia-Pacific, EU, etc.) with simplification of process and elimination of costly legacy solutions.

Fox then became the chief architect of the CONA (Coke One North America) ServiceNow solution including incident, problem, change management, knowledge and service catalog. Over the last three years, Steve has helped define, implement and grow usage of this solution by working with both internal and external users.

Fox is ITIL certified and enjoys working with others to help solve business problems with the structure, process and workflow in the framework that ITIL provides.

While ITSM is one of Fox's strength, he has never lost his passion for 6-sigma analysis and continuous process improvement (CPI).  Steve is 6-sigma certified and always brings a data driven point of view to the analysis.
